Tracking Notifications Error / CA and AE Orders Have Shipped

Hey Survivors!
A quick update from the campaign...
Tracking Notifications Error
After mutiple backers stating they hadn't received tracking, we did see an error in the BackerKit showing notifications never went out. We apologize for that. That said, they just all went out (we know... kind of late), BUT, most if not all of you have probably already received your packages, so just know, you're not receiving two packages. We apologize for the issue.
CA and AE Packages Shipped
All Canadian Backers Rewards and AE (US Military) Packages have shipped. Please be aware your notifications also just went out.
International Orders
We are currently preparing shipping quotes which you should be receiving by early next week. Thank you for your patience.

USA Fulfillment Complete / Next Steps

Hey Survivors!
We wanted to check in before the Thanksgiving Break to let you know that all USA orders have been fulfilled.
If you have not received a shipping notification/tracking, a couple things to check before you write us:
- First, DO NOT PANIC! This can happen for a bunch of reasons, and we're happy to help you resolve it.
- Did you pay for your rewards / shipping? (There are currently 20 backers who have yet to complete this)
- If you're an AE Address (Armed Forces in an international area), your orders will be shipping with Canadian Backer Orders Next Week due to the nature of shipping these orders
- Have you checked your SPAM folder for the notification?
- Still haven't resolved the issue, email us at [email protected]
Canadian & AE Backers
Shipping on your orders will begin when we return from the Thanksgiving Break and shipping should be completed before the end of next week.
All Other International Orders
Shipping Estimates will be sent to you towards the end of next week (December 1st and 2nd). Once your shipping has been paid for, your order will be shipped.
Playthrough Video Coming Soon
We apologize for the delay, but scheduling a playthrough has been an absolute nightmare, but we finally have a date set up ready for December 7th. Once filmed we should have it up a couple weeks after that. Thanks for your patience.
Online Store Availability
For those who have been asking when the game will be available on our website, it will be available this Friday, November 25th at 11AM EST for those who are trying to acquire additional products for their game or additional copies.
That's going to do it for this update. Everyone enjoy your Turkey Day (or just your regular Thursday depending on where you're from). We look forward to wrapping up this campaign in the next couple weeks.

Fulfillment Has Begun...

Survivors!
This will be a quick update...
As a lot of you may already be aware (as shipping notifications for some backers went out this morning), USA fulfillment has already begun. A good portion of orders shipped earlier today and packing and prep continued through the end of today. We are hoping to have all USA orders fulfilled before Thanksgiving. As orders ship, notifications will go out. If you have not received a shipping notification yet, DON'T WORRY. We still have a good amount of orders waiting to be picked up early next week.
Once USA orders are completed, our team will break for the Thanksgiving holiday, then begin international orders when we return.

Warehouse Delivery / Locking Addresses

Hey Survivors,
We received word this weekend that the games are to be delivered today, Monday, to our warehouse. With that occuring we want to make sure we get addresses locked down. Shortly after this update, you should receive a notification from BackerKit to confirm / update your address before we lock them.
NOTE: Please be sure your address is updated if necessary and you are checking for your shipping notifications, as we are not responsible for packages being shipped to old addresses or people not aware of their packages being delivered. We only have so much control once the package is in the couriers hands. So please, help us help you.
International Fulfillment
- Once USA fulfillment is complete, international shipping will begin
- For Canadian backers who paid for their shipping through BackerKit, you should be all set for fulfillment
- For all other International Backers, a shipping estimate will be provided closer to when International Fulfillment begins. Once paid, your package will be prepared for fulfillment
- Also during this time will be a good time to update your address (if necessary) which we will offer to you when we reach out
