It was stated in the previous update about the Booster Pack that it is included in the Shark Bait and The Deep, pledges. This is incorrect. It is only included with THE DEEP pledge. Otherwise, it is a $10 add-on.

First we want to say "Welcome Aboard" to our latest backers over the last couple of days. If you're new to the campaign and have any questions be sure to check out our previous campaign updates, especially this campaign update. You can also message us with anything you need.
Today we thought we'd highlight the God from the Deep booster pack, available as an add-on for $10 or included in the THE DEEP pledge.
During the lead up to the campaign, Cthulhu was a character a lot of folks were hoping to see make an appearance in the game, and although he wasn't a character we had in the base game, it was a character we did have on our chart since conception that we wanted to introduce at some point, so it was great to come out the gate with a Booster for the game themed around him.
So let's take a look...
Inside the Pack you're going to find:
The Sunken City cards will serve as a catalyst in the game. If all three are drawn during a game, the Sunken City will rise and the game will end. These towers can be sent back to the depths below with the use of the Relic cards and other actions. These Relic cards can also be used for an immediate defeat of the God of the Deep to send him back to his slumber.

So it's offical... Funded in Under 48 Hours!
Our team couldn't be more happy with the last two days and the excitement you all have brought to the project, and now, we're on our way to our First Stretch Goal.
If you've backed one of our projects before or have bought one of our previous games or expansions, you know we like to have sturdy and stylish boxes for the games. Well, with this project we want to take it a step further and really make this a killer collectible as well as a game.
Our first goal will add SPOT UV to areas of the box to really make certain areas pop, both on the front, sides, and especially on the backside. But what we'll also be adding with this stretch goal is Printed Artwork on the Liner of the Box. Again, just something to add to the high level quality of the product so it's flooded and drenched with stylish artwork.
Some folks have been having issues seeing the optional buys/add-ons when they go to manage their pledge. No problem. Unfortunately it seems to be effecting users using Apple Pay, but for those users having issues or anyone else, just add the amount for any additional add-ons you want. We've also been asked if folks are allowed to get mulitples of the Dice, KS Exclusive card, etc. Absolutely. Grab as many as your heart desires.

We're entering Day 4...
We want to welcome aboard all our new backers from yesterday. Thanks to you coming aboard we're halfway to our first stretch goal. If you get a chance definitely go back through our previous update which will give you some insight into add-ons, exclusives, FAQs, and more.
One quick note for those who were asking, the Board Game Geek page is up now. For some reason we were having complications with it over the last week, but it's good to go now.
We thought we'd use this update to spotlight some of the components in the game, starting with the Game Board and Player Stations:
The board itself will be a half fold, premium thick material with a matte finish. This will be the main centerpiece for the game. You'll have a plastic Compass tracker token for keeping track of the different parts of the days you're on, going from Day 1 - Day 7 (if you purchase the minis add-on, you'd replace this piece with the raft).
There's also two card slots on the board where at the start of each day, you'll add a Daily Status card to the board as well as a From the Deep card. These will determine the weather for the day and the current creature at play. Shown above is a Clear Day (hooray for you, no problems) and Sawtooth the Great White (woof, spoke too soon... problems).
Also shown are the action dice, for use during battles with creatures, other players, and for certain actions required on cards during the game. These will be transparent blue adding to the watery theme of the game.
Each player will have their own player station where they manage their crew, their health, their water supply, and keep track of the danger they're bringing to their raft.
We're really working to make this piece extra special. The areas where the character cards will be placed will actually be slots cut into the board to place the cards down into, keeping them secure. Above those slots are spaces for double sided health tokens (showing players whether the characters have full health or taken damage).
In the right corner of the board will be 4 die cut spots to place your water cubes into. These cubes will be transparent blue to keep with the theme.
And in the left corner of of the board, you'll see the plastic Danger token you'll move back and forth over the three spots as your team perform actions that may raise or lower the danger (if you purchase the minis add-on, you'd replace this piece with either a Tentacle or Shark Fin).

In some of our upcoming updates, we'll begin showcasing other components and cards from the game, as well as leaders, creatures and more, but we thought this would answer some of the questions we've received concerning these two pieces.

We want to extend a BIG THANK YOU to all of you for jumping on board our latest campaign. We're really excited with the turn out for the first day, especially with this being a brand new product, so it's really awesome to see people showing interest and engaging in our brand new world of terror.
Currently we're at 97% funding, and once we reach land, we'll start getting into stretch goals. And it's easy to say, we only have a few revealed, but we definitely have some JAWESOME stretch goals planned.
For those who backed the DAY ONE pledge, you'll be receiving our "The Bowels of Davy Jones' Locker" card. This is included in all DAY ONE pledges, SHARK BAIT pledges, and THE DEEP pledges. It is also available as an add-on during the campaign for $3 (so if you want doubles, etc, have at it).
As the campaign progresses we will be revealing artwork of other Leaders, Creatures, and cards within all the decks. We'll also be having another Q&A session soon, where backers can ask anything they want about the game and more. We'll post the date, time, and platform for the Q&A soon.
